Rustic Art Aloe Vera Orange Cinnamon Gel REVIEW
Let’s start with the packaging…
A tub kinda packaging. The material of the container is acrylic and not Glass as It may seem in pictures. It also comes with a white plate on top of jar’s mouth. In the beginning I thought there is not specific use of it, but girl did you ever experienced the Aloe Vera gel being stuck on bottom of the cap in your travel days? If you have ever carried an Aloe Vera gel in a tub packed container while traveling, you would have experienced this.
But here, the Aloe Vera gel doesn’t stick to the bottom of the cap and make unhygienic, instead the white cap prevents this from happening. A highly travel friendly one.

Rustic Art Aloe Vera Orange Cinnamon Gel REVIEW
These are my views about Rustic Art Aloe Vera Orange Cinnamon Gel. I have used it for more than 2 months and here goes my review for you all.
What’s my opinion??
My Skin Type: Oily and acne prone
Now coming to the color and consistency of this gel, it has nice light Orange shade. The aroma is very pleasing and light. a kinda of orange-y mixed Lemon fragrance it has. Though the smell doesn’t linger more than a couple of minutes, it neither bothers you while applying too.
The gel spreads and blends away into your skin easily, a cooling and refreshed feeling left behind. No-sticky feeling and no dryness after applying it. It hydrates the skin well.
To say about the effectiveness of this gel, I specially felt that it controls the oiliness of my face. and unlike chemical products, natural and organic products shows result after a long period of time. thought it fades away some light spots on my face, I cannot completely comment on that part now. May be I should use for more that 6 months to really see any difference. If you want a more dig into the results, let me know..I’ll update the post again after a certain period of time.
So this is how the gel looks when applied on skin. I didn’t massage the gel as you can see here, i just applied and left it as such. It will eventually gets absorbed into your skin after 2-3 minutes.
As I am a huge fan of Aloe Vera, The most important thing I look for while buying an Aloe Vera gel is how authentic and organic it is. And seeing the USDA mark on label, i didn’t give a second thought. I just grabbed it 😀
So, if you are too looking for some organic certified Aloe Vera gels, go for Rustic art. Try them, I bet you’ll not be disappointed.
I use this Aloe Vera gel in 3 different ways
- As a Moisturizer and a makeup base
- As a night mask- A dime amount of ” Rustic Art ” Aloe Vera Orange Cinnamon Gel mixed with 2 drops of Tea Tree essential oil
- Adding in mud face masks – As mud face mask tend to dry the skin, Adding a spoon of Aloe Vera gel in mud face mask hydrates your skin and doesn’t make your skin dry.
I am HAPPY for
>USDA organic Aloe Vera gel
>No harmful chemicals and not tested on animals
>A nice moisturizer for oily skin
>Hydrates skin well
>Smooth-ens skin after an overnight mask
>Controls oil and lightens any spots.
I am 🙁 for
Nothing I can think of but, One thing I can suggest was, if the packaging was done in a tube kinda thing, it would be more handy and less unhygienic. Becasue, even though how well your wash your hands and take the product from the tub, your hands still has some bacteria in it.
S infected the other part the product in the tub packaging style is more that a normal tube one.
One Last Line
Including Aloe Vera gel in your daily skin care routine is a must if you want to have a healthy looking skin. Invest in it and it will show how good was your decision.
I liked how well the Rustic art designed different kinds of Aloe Vera gels for different skin types. I am defently going to re-buy it and probably going to stick to this until I really get bored of it.
A must buy for every one. Though this variant is not recommend by sensitive skin, the rest can try this or any other variant that you would like to. And do let me know your views n it. May be I’ll try that, if you liked it. 🙂
