The Moms Co. Natural Hair Care REVIEW

Let’s Start the Review from pre conditioning with the Hair oil, cleansing with the protein shampoo and finally post wash conditioning with the Protein Conditioner.

The MOMS CO Natural Hair Oil REVIEW

The Mom's Co. Natural Hair Care REVIEW

The color of the hair oil is light yellowish and the texture is runny, not too thick, and is less greasy as compared to coconut oil.

This hair oil is light weight and gets easily absorbed into your hair quickly without making it too greasy. It has no aroma. Only if you sniff it very close, you can feel the mixed smell of natural plant and nut oils. There’s barely any aroma to notice in this hair oil. I guess, as it is made for babies, they have made it using the light oils like Avocado, Argan and Almond.

It has been couple of months since I have been using this hair oil. I oil my hair once a week, or sometimes twice depending on how leisure I am. Though I cannot comment on hair growth part much as it depends on number of factors including diet, One thing that really made difference is it increased the softness in my mane.

As my hair is really thick and voluminous, it sometimes becomes unmanageable especially on the days when I wash my hair. So prefer the oils and conditioners that will make my hair soft and manageable.

This natural hair oil has helped me achieve that.

There is no considerable hair fall problems to me thankfully, so it neither increased nor decreased my hair shedding.

Overall, a Perfect Natural Hair oil for every hair type.

The Moms Co. Natural Protein Shampoo

The Mom's Co. Natural Hair Care REVIEW

The consistency of the shampoo is runny and has no color. It is transparent and a high viscous shampoo. The pump dispenser is easy to use and can get the required amount of shampoo on to your palms.

The shampoo has a weird detergent smell, which makes you think that you are washing your hair with some surf water. Although there were no such harsh surfocants as mentioned in the ingredient list, I was completely perplexed to decode this fragrance. I just hate the smell of this shampoo.

Coming to the most important part, the efficacy of this shampoo. There is nothing worth that i could share with you. This shampoo made my hair dry and my baby hairs and fly ways more frizzy and unmanageable. This is even after using the same range conditioner, but I am still not judgmental about the conditioner now. I want to try it with different shampoo and then let you know how it works.

Back to the shampoo again, that is all I have to say with you. I have used it for a good amount of time till now. May be one, one and a half months? And none of the days in which I washed my hair with this shampoo was a good hair day. As my hair is already thick and has a volume in it, I prefer the shampoo that soften my hair and doesn’t make my hair frizzy and unmanageable. And his shampoo has failed to do so.

The Moms Co. Natural Protein Conditioner

The Moms Co. Natural Protein Conditioner REVIEW

The consistency of the Conditioner is creamy and is in white color. The pump dispenser is easy to use and can get the required amount of Conditioner on to your palms.

As same with the shampoo, this conditioner too has a weird detergent kinda smell. Although there were no such harsh surfocants as mentioned in the ingredient list, I was completely perplexed to decode this fragrance. I just don’t like the smell of this conditioner too. Instead, if there was no fragrance at all, that would have been a little better to at least use the product without hating it.

I used this Conditioner after I washed my hair with The Moms Co. Natural Shampoo. As the shampoo itself as so drying, I though the conditioner would at least compensate it. Nah..! I was wrong. There is nothing worth this conditioner can do. At least for me, There is no change in my hai texture after using this conditioner. Instead it made it more frizzy and bouncy, which I hate. As My hair is naturally thick, I expect from the conditioners that I use to soften and smoothen my hair a bit. This conditioner came out to be a completely different one. There is not even one conditioner-like-trait to this conditioner. It does nothing, to say the least.

I used this conditioner after using my Favorite BON Organics Aloe Vera Shampoo. There is no much difference in my hair that I felt. My hair feels the same when I just use the shampoo alone. And whenever I Pre-condition my hair using either Pure Virgin Coconut oil or The Moms Co. Natural Hair oil, there is this little frizz control in my mane, which I doubt might be due to the oil massage that I do or the shampoo.
