Although you always need not sweat to lose those extra pounds, sometimes the right content present in fresh fruit juices does half of your work in reducing the extra calories and also maintains right metabolism to keep you active all day long. Some of these fruits also diminish the unhealthy food craving and help you lose weight without exercise 😀
Here I present you some of the best known fruit juices that help in weigh loss without you actually struggling to burn those extra calories thorough exercise. Please understand that I do not recommend to skip your exercise and follow these recipes, but these are some of the foolproof ways that you can add in your diet to help maintain a healthy gut and a healthy body.
Before getting started let me throw a light on some of the basic fat burning fruits that you need to crave for particularly if you want to loose weight. The foods which are rich in vitamin C are the best foods that are to be considered to your diet plan. Next comes the berries, which are packed with antioxidants and nutrients that helps to feel full and satisfied after eating. Also there are lower in sugar levels. Water based fruits such as Watermelon or cucumber cleanses your body, weightless and health. Though these fruits are 90% water, the rest is packed with nutrients and vitamins that helps to provide the right amount of calories to your body and keeps it healthy.
I have just briefed about some of the common foods’ benefits in loosing weight, though I will detail them again with the recipes below.
The best fruit Juices to Lose weight without exercise
Ginger Lime Juice
The most popular one, Lemon which is high in vitamin C content burns your bad cholesterol and flushes it out of the body. Commonly the lemon juice is best served with Honey and warm water. But you need more added benefits to your gut, you can add few slices of fresh ginger in your lime juice as it aids in digestion and purifies the blood.
> Squeeze 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice in a glass of water. Add 2-3 small slices of ginger to it and let it infuse in the water for some time.
You can either boil the water with those ginger slices first and then add lemon juice to it, or blend the ginger, water and lemon juice and you are good to go. Either way is fine. The first one which I mentioned is the much easier one. Follow that if you are in a hurry.
Orange & Honey Juice
Orange juice is a good source of fiber. And as you know fiber foods helps you loose weight, orange is no exception in this list. Natural orange juice can reduce the levels of “bad” cholesterol, as well as blood pressure, preventing cardiovascular problems as a result.

Initially, It will be hard, but trust me you are gonna love in the long run.
