So Using Rice water for Hair growth is just gaining traction now, but this simple beauty secret is here and has been followed for centuries. DIY Fermented Rice Water for Hair Growth
Making your own Fermented rice water at home is as easy as drinking water. OK..Is that a bad analogue? I don’t know. 😀 But the process is lot easier as opposed to how the name sounds “Fermented Rice Water”
The Reason we are using Fermented Rice water instead of normal Rice water is because of the immense enhanced beneficial properties it has. Fermented rice water is rice water that is left to ferment and has gone slightly sour. It is rich in antioxidants, minerals, B vitamins, vitamin E, and traces of pitera (anti-aging elixir due to its ability to promote cell regeneration), a substance produced during the fermentation process.
Though you can still make the normal Rice water if you are short of time, it is more beneficial you if you use the fermented rice water. Especially if you want to use this for your skin as well, which you should not miss to do so.
