How to prepare Ginger Hair Tonic for Hair Regrowth
Take a Fresh piece of Ginger and cut it into a inch of two pieces. Grate these pieces and add few drops of rose water into the pieces. No mash the grated ginger using Pester and Mortar. Extract the juice by straining away the pulp with a strainer.
No Pester and Mortar? Try this,
Place the grated pieces in cheesecloth. Take a small bowl or glass and begin squeezing the cheesecloth with as much force as possible. As you do this, the ginger juice will begin coming through the cheesecloth and into the bowl. The cheesecloth also holds all of the chunks inside of it, ensuring that only the juice comes through. If you still have trouble getting juice out, try using a garlic press to squeeze the plant gratings.
Measure the Ginger juice extracted. Now add 3 parts of Rose water more than that of the ginger juice extracted. That Means, if the ginger juice that you collected is about one tablespoon, then add 3 tablespoons of rose water to the ginger juice.
Mix them well to form a solution.
Pour the mixture into a spray bottle.
You can also add 2-3 drops of any hair loving essential oils, if u feel the ginger smell is bothering you. As we used rose water to make this tonic, it may not be so problematic to few. But this step is completely optional and its up to you to add essential oils or not.
Although some suggest that you can store this Ginger tonic in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, I recommend that you use only fresh juice each time and do not store it for later uses.
