This is one of my Favorite easy to go face pack recipe to get instant glowing skin at the comfort of my home. Although, I recommend scrubbing face only twice per week, you can also use this face mask as a mild scrub once in a week to remove dead skin. This is suitable for all skin types, and a blessing for dry and sensitive skin types. This face pack is most effective with fresh rose petals, but if you do not find them anywhere in your place, you can go a head with dried rose petals, or rose petal powder too.
So, without further a due, Let’s quickly see how actually rose and Milk can do wonders on your skin.
What Does Roses do to your Skin?
Roses are full of antioxidants, vitamins, essential fatty acids, and minerals – they also have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties
Rose petals can also enhance the radiance of your skin manifolds. While the accumulation of dead cells can make your skin look tanned and dull, roses can help you get your original glow back
Rose petals are also used in making Ayurvedic medicines.
Vitamins A and C are well-known for their necessity in collagen production. Collagen is the structural protein in skin that maintains its firmness and suppleness.
As we age, collagen levels in the skin start to decrease dramatically (causing sagginess, wrinkles, and loss of volume). Vitamin C helps to stimulate skin cells and the production of collagen, resulting in more youthful, revitalized skin.
Vitamin C can also increase the skin’s brightness and tone, help pores appear smaller, and even fade acne scarring. It is worth noting that many people have had great success in using rose hip seed oil to fade hyperpigmentation and sun spots.
Full of antioxidants, antibacterial properties, nutrients, and minerals – rose essential oils and extracts are some of the best kept secrets in skincare. These skincare heavy-hitters are so versatile, they can treat everything from acne-prone skin to mature, dry skin with ease. While a rose by any other name will smell just as sweet, rose ingredients will also help keep your skin revitalized, youthful, and glowing.
How Raw Milk can Help your Skin Heal from Dryness?
Boiled milk is considered safe for human consumption. But, are you aware of the fact that boiling dries many vital nutrients from milk? Boiled milk is not as rich in nutrients as the raw milk. We usually pamper our skin with natural ingredients because of the essential minerals they are composed of.
Then, why not Raw Milk?
One of the most effective raw milk benefits is moisturization. This is not exactly a secret benefit of raw milk. Raw milk nourishes deeper skin layers and offers conditioning and moisturization from inside. It effectively treats the common problem of winter dryness too.
Raw milk offers unmatched skin cleansing, as it deeply cleans the pores of excessive oil, sebum, dirt and even blackheads.
It is an unbeaten fairness agent that keeps a check on the secretion of tyrosine in human skin. Tyrosine is the melanin controlling hormone that can lead to skin darkening. Application of raw milk for fair skin hampers the secretion of tyrosine.
Thus, it is a wonderful fairness agent that can be mixed with Roses to further enhance its fairness benefits.
It is of no good to have a fair skin that is not radiant. Raw milk makes skin radiant by fighting away two biggest beauty constraints — dark spots and acne marks. Thus, it makes your skin lighter up to 3 shades and radiant.
