Fuller’s Earth/Multani Mitti: –
This is our clay, Indian healing clay. This clay is been here with us since centuries. Our ancestors have been using it for not just their face but also for their hair.
I guess, there is no one here who’s reading this blog and haven’t tried Multani mitti in their life yet. My first ever face pack was with multani mitti. This clay was blessing to my oily skin then.

For Oily Skin:
This is your type of skin if its mostly oily and shiny all the day. You feel like washing your face numerous times, but don’t. It wont help you out, instead worsens more.
In fact oily skin types are the most prone to acne. Trust me, I have been there. As your skin overly secrets sebum, you skin is oily all the time which in turn attracts more dirt and pollution. This becomes a breeding ground for bacteria to survive and cause acne.

Those who have sensitive skin, needs to be extra cautions on what ever you put on your skin. Do not just apply what ever you feel to be nice. Always do a patch test 24 hours prior to applying the final product or ingredient or even natural ingredient to your face.
The same applies here too. If you are trying the below clay for the first time, do perform a patch test on either the back side of your neck or under your inner arm.

Make a face pack using Kaolin clay and rose water. Apply to your face and wash off after 15 minutes.
For Combination Skin:
Combination skin is usually Oily T-zone (Forehead, nose and chin) and dry cheeks. To pamper combination skin, you need to try combination packs on your face. Yes..! That sounds funny to have two different colored face packs on your face, but you will look cute. OK..May be not cute, but not so horrifying too 😛
For your T-zone, try a face mask with french green clay and bentonite clay. Mix a teaspoon of bentonite clay and a 1/2 teaspoon of french green clay with rose water to form a smooth paste. Apply this mask to your T-Zone. Now for your cheeks, mix dead sea clay with rose water and apply. After 15 minutes, wash your face with clean cold water and pat dry. Do not use soap for another 3-4 hours to wash your face.
